- Delineated Area Map INTENT TO LEASE SPACE REQUIREMENT: The US Dept. of Agriculture in Lubbock County, City of Odessa, TX, seeks to lease between 1,600 - 2,000 ABOA office space, max 2,200 Rentable Square Feet, with 20 parking spaces. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space must not be in the 100 year flood plain. TERM: Ten (10) years. DELINEATED AREA: office space must be located within Loop 338.
