- PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to Update Fire Alarm System, Harborview, Building #279, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, Cape May, NJ Major work items include but are not limited to: Major work items include but are not limited to: Demolish existing conventional fire alarm devices; Provide new addressable fire alarm initiation devices; Provide new fire alarm notification devices; Provide new conduit and wire as required to extend existing fire alarm circuits; Program existing fire alarm control panel and network command center; Test entire fire alarm system for proper operation; Mobilization, demobilization and clean up; Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of performance is 110 Days After Notice Of Award. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0M.
