- This Special Notice is issued to advise interested parties within the U.S. space technology base that SpEC will be hosting an information and proposers conference on 14 December at 9:00 AM Eastern at Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) at 5275 Leesburg Pike, Suite N-5000, Falls Church, Virginia 22041. This conference will include information on how the industry performs collaborative R&D with the government under an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), benefits of SpEC membership, and a briefing from the Government about the status and future desires of the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC). SMC and SpEC representatives will provide the briefing and take general questions during the presentation. No more than 120 people may attend the briefing, and attendees must register no later than December 11, 2017.
