- December 1, 2017 - RFP Amendment 0007 Attached to this notice is Amendment 0007 to the RFP for the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) Program. The proposal submission date has been extended to 9:00 am EST on December 18, 2017 and additional responses to questions are provided in the matrix. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ********************************************************************** November 21, 2017 - RFP Amendment 0006 Attached to this notice is Amendment 0006 to the RFP for the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) Program. The proposal submission date has been extended to 11:00 am EST on December 12, 2017. The responses to industry questions were posted on November 21, 2017. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ********************************************************************** November 17, 2017 - N00039-17-R-0002 Update Industry The purpose of this update is to provide responses to Industry comments/questions and notify Industry that the Government intends to: 1. Incorporate the RFP changes noted in the attached CRM in Amendment 0006. 2. Post Amendment 0006 on or about November 21, 2017. 3. Extend the proposal submission date to 11:00 am EST on December 12, 2017 in Amendment 0006. *********************************************************************** October 27, 2017 - N00039-17-R-0002 Amendment 0005 Attached to this notice is Amendment 0005 to the RFP for the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) Program. The proposal submission date has been extended to 2:00 pm EST on November 30, 2017. The Government anticipates that responses to industry questions will be provided in a forthcoming amendment on or about November 9, 2017. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Proposals are due September 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM EDT. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit questions as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline. As time may not permit responses to questions received after this date, the Government may decline to answer questions received after the deadline. The Government will employ its best effort to respond to questions, however, responses are not guaranteed. Questions received after this date will not be considered a reason to extend the proposal submission deadline. Offerors are advised that the Government will make all questions and associated responses available to the public, therefore offerors shall not submit questions that are of a proprietary nature.
