- Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices To Offerors Or Respondents ********************************************************************** Notice of Industry Day: 06 December 2017 The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Mobility Directorate, C-5 Galaxy Division, CMC/WxR Production Program requests companies interested as a Prime or Subcontractor for the CMC/WxR Production Integration for Modification Award (PIMA) effort to participate in a review of the Draft Request for Proposal, Sections L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award (Question/Answer) Industry Day. The CMC/WxR Production Team will be hosting a Teleconference on 06 December 2017 from 1300-1500 hours (EST). The release of Draft RFP Sections L & M will allow companies the opportunity to review the data and submit questions to C-5 CMC/WxR Production Team for clarification. Industry Day Details: 1. After review of the RFP Sections L & M Pkgs, companies are offered the opportunity to submit questions and receive feedback during the Industry Day. Companies have until 1700 (EST) on 05 Dec 2017 to submit questions to the following email address: AFLCMC.WLSK.C5CMCWxR@us.af.mil. On 06 Dec 2017, the C-5 CMC/WxR Production Team will present answers to questions received and entertain brief discussions with Industry. There are limited slots to call into the Teleconference. Please consolidate your team to utilize the fewest call-in lines possible. 2. Companies must register all company participants for the event by utilizing the "SignUp Genius" link provided below. Registration is required by 04 Dec 2017 at 1700 hrs (EST).
