- SPE4A8-18-Q-0031 SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION SPE4A8-18-Q-0031: Procurement is a sole source solicitation for OEM Parts for a Monarch 612 Lathe. The contractor shall provide Required Replacement Parts and Shipping. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Division has determined that Monarch parts are the only responsible source and no other suppliers of services will satisfy Agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract for Monarch Lathe Parts. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 30 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
