- Equipment List CLIN Structure Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is SP7000-18-Q-1015 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective 13 January 2017 (FAR), DPN 20161223 effective 03 January 2017 (DFARS), and DLAD current to Revision 5, and PROCLTR 2017-20. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the agency. The intent is to award to Trident Engineering & Procurement for the 2-month continued lease support of 230 Multifunction Devices located in Kuwait. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420, and the small business size standard is $32.5M. The Federal Supply Class is W074. Period of Performance 2-month lease for two hundred thirty (230) multi-functional devices (MFDs). The period of performance (POP) is 12/01/2017-01/31/2018.
