- Plans Solicitation PROJECT DETAILS: WY FLAP SR71(4), Sage Creek Road The project is located in Carbon County, WY approximately 10 miles south of Rawlins, WY and includes surfacing on 44 miles of previously reconstructed and improved roadway. The proposed surfacing includes 33 miles of hot-asphalt concrete pavement and 11 miles of roadway surface aggregate. Significant Quantities and Line Items: Soil Erosion - 800 LNFT Hot-asphalt pavement concrete - 110,000 TON Aggregate Base - 50,000 TON Aggregate Surface Course - 45,000 TON It is anticipated that the project will be advertised in November 2017. Estimated total cost is $15 million to $20 million. This will be a full and open competition.
