- Outfall 200 Mercury Treatment Facility (OF200 MTF) Procurement November 30, 2017 The Department of Energy (DOE) is releasing the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation No. 89303318REM000002, pertaining to the OF200 MTF procurement for review. The purpose of the Draft RFP is to solicit questions and comments from all interested parties, and to assist the DOE in developing a Final RFP for this procurement. A Pre-Solicitation Conference, Site Tour, & One-on-One Sessions for the OF200 MTF procurement are scheduled for January 3-4, 2018. Please see the EMCBC OF200 MTF acquisition website (https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/OF200MTF/) for specific details. Note that Attachment J-3 Master Submittal Log and Attachment J-11 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan are incomplete and thus are not provided in the Draft RFP. Attachment J-9 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is also incomplete, however a sample SWPPP is provided on the Documents Library tab of the procurement website. Note that Attachment J-5 Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be inserted at time of contract award.
