- Item Name: M29 Simulator Detector NSN: 6665-01-379-0492 Quantity: Base: 159 EA Option: 159 EA Part Number: 5-77-3261 NAICS: 334511 Additional Comments: FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be conducted. If a reverse auction is conducted, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the online reverse auction training prior to the auction.
