- Price List Combined Synopsis Reference List Terms and Conditions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. This procurement is Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $32.5M. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. A responsive offeror(s): submits all required submissions on time, demonstrates past performance which does not pose risk to the Government, provides a quote which represents the best value to the Government. The Arizona Air National Guard intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more responsive lodging establishments, within a ten (10) mile driving distance of the 162 nd Wing, 1500 E. Valencia Rd., Tucson, AZ 85706, which provide the best value for meeting the intermittent lodging requirements for Air/Army National Guard sponsored personnel. The BPA(s) will be valid for a period up to (5) years. The expected award date is 22 Dec 2017. Please note that a BPA is not a contract. A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring products or services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources that are readily available and thus eliminate the need for repetitive costly re-procurements. There is no minimum or maximum guaranteed quantity. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. Lack of active SAM registration will preclude BPA award. All offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications -- Commercial Item or complete electronic representations and certifications at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM The Government reserves the right to request a site visit with any offeror. Failure to comply with a site visit may disqualify a vendor from consideration. Any responses shall be posted on FEDBIZOPPS as amendments to this solicitation by 3:30 PM Arizona time on Friday, 8 December 2017. Quotes must be received by the above POC no later than 3:00PM AZ Time, Tuesday 12 December 2017. Responses will not be accepted after this time. Be advised, there are five (5) documents attached to the solicitation.
