- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C3-17-B-0005 for Pad Mounted Transformers at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The IFB will be issued on or about 15 December 2018. The IFB closing date is on or about 30 January 2018 (see solicitation for the specific date). This IFB is issued as a 100% set-Aside for HUBZone small business. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237130. The size standard is $36,500,000. The magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Hard copies of the IFB will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of IFB and amendments, if any. The IFB will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. The IFB will not be mailed out or faxed.
