- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a sole source contract for a Horizontal Boring Mill manufactured by Pama S.P.A and is seeking sources that can provide, install, and provide training for the mill. A foundation will be required with the contractor responsible for a turn-key installation. Interested parties that can provide the required Pama machine with turn-key installation including training and foundations may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than the stated closing date/time. Place of performance is the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center in Philadelphia, PA. Responses should be not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than 10 point as this is not a request for a proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform the requirement. Means of Delivery: U.S. Mail or email or both acceptable. Large files (>15MB) may not be receivable thru email and should be mailed. DLA Aviation utilized Microsoft Office 2010.
