The Government's intent is to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror who provides the best overall value, with an estimated award of 09 December 2018. The IDIQ will have a six-year ordering period. The resultant contract will include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Cost-Reimbursable, and Firm Fixed Price CLINs; therefore the successful awardee will be required to have an adequate accounting system upon contract award. Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (AIR-2.5.1.3) at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide engineering, integration, technical, and logistical support for the AIR-4.11.3 SAIW Division. Specifically, the services shall include but are not limited to, local integration support, advanced research and development support, engineering and technical support, logistical and quality management support, and technical management support of final end item products supporting PEO Ships, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, PEO C4I, and other federal agencies, in C4I programs consistent with the scope of this contract. The Government will not accept or respond to telephone calls or requests for meetings with potential Offerors about this requirement. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted via email. It is requested that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The solicitation number is N00421-15-R-0002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is N059 - Installation of Equipment; Installation of Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
