The Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Aviation proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed-price contract, a quantity of 10 each of a Manifold Assembly, Hydraulic, NSN: 1650-01-117-1138, Part Number: 145H7342-3, applicable to the BK CH-47 CHINOOK weapon systems. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and PLT without FAT is 270 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419-5255. This item is restricted to the following: The Boeing Company, Cage Code: 77272 (LB) The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements having only a limited number of responsible sources. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) included with this solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar then click on AMCOM Spare Parts Manufacturer or Distributor SAR. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
