- Solicitation for NSN 5855-01-151-4230 / 0069043819 / SPE4A6-18-R-0091 / Quantity: 640 each / Mount Assembly. A copy of the drawings is available from DLA Aviation. To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the Customer Services Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit request for the Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a critical item. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will nt be accepted for this RFP under formal Large procurement procedures. A copy of the solicitaiton will be avialble via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Solicitation will be issued on or about 12/14/17.
