- BPA Terms & Conditions Statement of Need The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) is for procurement of Dry Ice & Delivery Service on Beale AFB, CA. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 15-December-2017 to 14-November-2022 for "as needed" Dry Ice delivery service. All Request For Information (RFI's) are due no later than Tuesday, 5-December-2017 at 8:30 am (PST). Answers to all RFI's will be posted in FBO no later than Thursday, 7-December-2017 at 10:00 am (PST). The primary POC for RFI's will be Ms. Keely Webb at keely.webb@us.af.mil and the Alternate POC is Ms. Michelle Beason at m ichelle.beason.1@us.af.mil
