Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), on behalf of VISN 6 is conducting market research through this Request for Information to seek qualified vendors for an automated urinalysis system that is capable of performing urine chemistry testing along with an automated microscopy system, Urinalysis Cost-per-Reportable Result (CPRR). The period of performance will include one base year and four option years. The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will include all Medical Centers in VISN 6 and several VA Health Care Centers (HCCs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334516, Size Standard: 1000 Employees and the Classification code is 6630. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a Request For Information only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
