- W911SA-17-Q-3053 Solicitation (Most Conformed Copy as of 11-13-2017) W911SA-17-Q-3053 Solicitation Amendment 0005 **UPDATED AS OF 13 NOVEMBER 2017** Solicitation Amendment 0005 for Solicitation W911SA-17-Q-3053 has been posted to FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ). The most conformed copy of the solicitation (SF 1449) has also been posted. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0005 is to change the set aside to UNRESTRICTED. This amendment also extends the quote due date ant time to 10:00AM (Central) on 20 November 2017. Contractors are required to return one (1) signed copy of this amendment; one (1) signed copy of all other amendments; one (1) signed copy of the most conformed SF 1449 (solicitation); a completed Price Schedule; a signed Certificate of Conformance; a Subcontracting Plan (if applicable); and any applicable Teaming Agreements with their quote. The most conformed copy of the soliciation (SF 1449) has also been posted. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0004 is to update the number of Meeting Rooms, Breakfast Meals and Lunch Meals in the Performance Work Statement and Attachment 1 Price Schedule. Contractors shall complete the updated Price Schedule and return one (1) copy with their quote. Also, Contractors are required to return one (1) signed copy of this amendment, one (1) signed copy of all other amendments, one (1) signed copy of the most conformed SF 1449 (solicitation), a completed Price Schedule and a signed Certificate of Conformance. __________________________________ **UPDATE AS OF 12 OCTOBER 2017** Solicitation Amendment 0003 for solicitation W911SA-17-Q-3053 has been posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Contractors are required to return one (1) signed copy of this amendment, a signed copy of the SF 1449 (solicitation), a completed Price Schedule and a signed Certificate of Conformance, w ith their quote. _____________________________________ Solicitation W911SA-17-Q-3053 has been posted to FEDBIZOPPS ( www.fbo.gov ). This requirement is for a Non-Personal Service. Contractor is to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, meals, materials, childcare, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging and conference space in San Diego, California. The base period of performance is 01 December 2017 to 30 November 2018. Requirement includes a base period and four option periods. Hotel SHALL be located within a 20 mile radius (in accordance with Google Maps), of the San Diego International Airport (SAN). This procurement is set aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 Million.
