- Award Announcement Consortium Management Firm for the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) - A Modeling, Simulation, and Training Consortium This notification is published to announce that the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) has competitively selected National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) to serve as the TReX Consortium Management Firm (CMF). The CMF for TReX will be responsible for managing a consortium designed to identify and develop enabling technologies necessary to broaden the modeling, simulation, and training domain and to ensure the highest level of readiness for our nation's Warfighters. TReX will provide the Government an agile prototyping mechanism to iteratively refine critical technologies in order to inform future materiel procurement requirements through structured operational user feedback. Army Contracting Command - Orlando will enter into an Other Transaction Agreement with NSTXL, W900KK-18-9-0005, to carry out prototype projects in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 2371b. Separate announcements will be published throughout the next 30 days to provide guidance regarding TReX registration. Future project announcements released via TReX will be announced through NSTXL.
