- Solicitation and Award Deviations Whistleblower Information Technical Quotation Form Business Quotation Information Form Statement of Work (Sept 2017) SF1449 (Revised) Cover Letter - Revised This RFQ has been reopened, and the following changes have been made: 1. The Statement of Work has been updated to the September 2017 version. 2. The Decisional Rule Criteria have been updated (see attachment 3). 3. The RFQ requirements have been updated to require all submissions to be on CD/DVD (no paper submissions). 4. The due date for the amended RFQ is now 11/27/2017 at 2:00 p.m. EDST. 5. The contract performance period will commence on 1/1/2018.
