- J&A Combo See attached for full combined synopsis/solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-18-Q-0018 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325520. The size standard is 500 employees. The proposed acquisition is set a-side for 100% small businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a one (1) year base and four (4) one (1) year options as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is restricted to brand name 3M MFG in accordance with aircraft drawing 4-5010, Boeing Airplane Company (BAC)5514, and Boeing Material Specification (BMS) Qualified Product List (QPL) BMS5-42V.
