The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) proposes to award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Labor Hour type delivery orders to support the creation, conflation, integration and enrichment of Foundation GEOINT data to produce a comprehensive, worldwide, authoritative, seamless dataset using traditional and non-traditional data sources. Also, to provide NGA with continuously enriched topographic and human geography data along with the capability to deliver Geography finished products. The total anticipated period of performance is a 5-year base ordering period with a 5-year optional ordering period. This procurement will be posted for full and open competition and will not be set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 541370, and the size standard is $15M. NOTE : Previous draft version of the Statement of Work (issued with Request for Information) included the requirement for Aero Feature Data (i.e. Airfield Foundation Data (AFD) and Vertical Obstructions (VO)). Following market research, the Aero Feature Data requirement has now been removed and will be solicited and awarded separately as its own multiple award IDIQ. This IDIQ is tentatively planned to be a total small business set-aside. A draft solicitation will be released shortly. This notice is not a request for quotations or solicitation of Offerors. The following draft solicitation and accompanying attachments are issued in order to provide industry with an advance version and to obtain meaningful feedback from interested parties. The draft Request for Proposal and attachments will be posted on the NRO's unclassified Acquisition Center of Excellence (ARC) website at: TBD The Government intends to award multiple contracts for non-commercial items utilizing FAR Part 15. Vendors must be approved and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Website located at https://www.sam.gov before award can be made.
