- This is an advance notice announcing the intent of the Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers to award a sole-source firm fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and two (2) option years to Kalispell Medical Regional Center in Kalipsell, MT to provide Medical Surveillance Testing Services for USACE employees at Libby Dam in Libby, MT. The action is authorized by FAR 6.302-1 - 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.' The resultant contract with Kalispell Regional Medical Center will provide USACE a medical facility located within the reasonable driving distance of 100 miles of Libby Dam with a certified Occupational Health doctor.
