- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Macedonia will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. Description: Supplemental Health insurance for locally employed staff and dependents for performance period of one base and one option year. Estimated annual quantity is 246 family insurance plans. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
