- Description
- J&A Mod 01: Mod 01 is issued to extend the period of performance on the BPA from October 23, 2017 through February 20, 2018. This extension is required for security purposes. The BPA includes a Contract Line Item (CLIN) for installation with a period of performance/delivery date of 120 days after receipt of order (ARO). As an order for installation services can be executed through the end of the BPA (October 23, 2017),installation can occur for 120 days ARO (through February 20, 2018). A DD254 was executed at the BPA level for the period of performance of October 24, 2014 through October 23, 2017. Due to the possibility of installation occurring through February 20, 2018, the period of performance of the BPA must be extended through February 20, 2018 in order to ensure the contractor's Common Access Card remains in effect. As a result of this modification, there will be no change to the current BPA ceiling. The ordering period remains October 24, 2014 through October 23, 2017. No additional orders will be executed following October 23, 2017.
