- This message is to provide you notice of Potential Opportunities under the TACOM Strategic Service Solutions (TS3) Research and Development (R&D). The R&D contract suite is a Multiple-award, Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity (MA IDIQ) contract to provide the following services: R&D MA IDIQ contract suite allows for the procurement of services for the purpose of creating and developing new processes or products. Only task order requirements that call for the contractor to directly perform work that is an integral part of R&D services for the creation of new process(es) or product (s) will be solicited under the R&D MA IDIQ.
