- The Contractor for the work under this RFQ N4019217Q5006 shall conduct quarterly moorhen surveys, conduct two wet-season surveys, and develop and field test a new survey protocol for monitoring the abundance of Mariana moorhen in the Hagoi wetland IAW with the attached PWS dated 26 Jul 2017.
