- Grinder for sharpening NGP/Training The U.S, Government intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to HAAS MULTIGRIND LLC for purchase a Grinder with training to sharpening NGP cutting dies to GPO. See sole source justification for stated reason. This notice is neither a request or proposal or solicitation of offers. A determine by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication are not acceptable in response to this notice.All respones shall be sent to Contract Specialist Diana Boyde at dboyde@gpo.gov on or before November 29, 2017 no later than 10:00 am EST.
