- Summary of changes made to Draft RFP on October 11, 2017. Draft Sections L and M have been uploaded. The contract base year has been changed from three years to five years, followed by five one year options. The draft solicitation Sections B, E and F have been updated with a CLIN structure which reflect these changes. The closing date of the draft RFP has been extended to 30 October 2017 to allow potential offerors additional time to review the revised draft solicitation and draft sections L and M. All comments, suggestions or questions related to this draft solicitation must be submitted in writing by 1600 EST 30 October 2017 to Michael.russo2@navy.mil. The ETIC Bidders Library will now be open to Industry until 30 October 2017. After that date, it will not be accessible again until release of the formal solicitation.
