- THIS IS PRESOLICITATION INFORMATION ONLY. This action is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for various packaging materials in support of the Assault Kitchen program at the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing Technology Center. Anticipated requirements for the guaranteed minimum and maximum quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: Shrink Wrap Tape, 4" Minimum: 1080.00 FT Maximum: 90,000 FT CLIN 0002: Trailer Shrink Wrap Minimum: 0 SQ FT Maximum: 1,260,000 SQ FT The Technical Date Package will be released with the solicitation. The minimum quanitities for the CLINS above are the only quantities guaranteed to be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The shipping terms will be FOB destination (61299). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments therto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
