- This sole source acquisition was awarded to L-3 Communication Integrated Systems (CAGE:0GCL4) to procure EC130-J Commando Solo (CS) Special Mission Equipment (SME) Drawing Research and Support. This effort requires L-3 to provide the EC130-J Program office with drawing research capability for SME engineering efforts to resolve technical or supportability deficiencies revelaed in operational service. When a drawing request is made by the EC130-J Program office, L-3's Configuration Analyst will search the drawings from aperture card directories or other databases to locate that particular drawing. Cost Plus Fixed Fee is pricing arrangement. Period of Performance: Basic (30 SEP 2017- 29 SEP 2018) Option 1: (30 SEP 2018- 29 SEP 2019) Option 2: (30 SEP 2019-29 SEP 2020)
