- PR 0070762355. This solicitation will contain NSN 9150-015929902, Lubricating Oil, Steam Turbine. Request for Quote SPE4A6-18-Q-0050, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 97 each. Quantity option does not apply. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 120 DARO based on previous contract. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review October 11, 2017. NSN is a commercial item. In Accordance With the following: IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-DTL-32353A REVISION NR A DTD 08/24/2012 IAW REFERENCE STD NR MIL-STD-129R REVISION NR R DTD 02/18/2014 IAW REFERENCE STD NR MIL-STD-290H(1) REVISION NR H DTD 04/29/2016 The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Combined Synopsis and Solicitation was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 11, 2017. Solicitation issue date is on or around October 26, 2017. Solicitation closing date is on or around November 25, 2017. The estimated award date is on or around January 16, 2018.
