- ACQUISITION STRATEGY: Due to emerging requirements, the Government has changed the XCTC acquisition strategy. The anticipated contract type was changed from a C-type contract to become a Single Award ID/IQ contract type. While the requirement has not yet entered PALT, the revised acquisition schedule projects the RFP will be released the 2nd quarter FY19 and contract award occurring 1st quarter FY20.
