- DLA Mechanicsburg is planning to solicit a requirement for the following: Part Number: 736190-0001 NSN: 5998 015416954 Nomenclature: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY Quantity: 12 Unit of Issue: Each FOB: Origin and Destination Apply Set-aside Status: None Solicitation will not be available before: October 27, 2017 TDP if Applicable: Technical data will be available for viewing on the web at https://www.fbo.gov/. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
