- SOW- System Light -Off Support, Engineering, Tech and Logistical Services for SVS ON-740(V)2 SOW- Q70 Material Procurement and Fielding Plan SOW- Q70 Material Procurement and Fielding Plan #2 SOW- Engineering and Product Support Services for SVS ISEA Industry Notice/ Sources Sought - AN/UYQ-70 Advanced Display System Procurement of Engineering Services and Material AN/UYQ-70 Advanced Display System - Procurement of Engineering Services Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) has a requirement for services and supplies in support of maintenance and life-cycle in-service support for current or legacy AN/UYQ-70 equipment primarily integrated into the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) as well as other related combat and weapon systems. The requirement is currently fulfilled under Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) N63394-16-G-0001 and -0002 on a limited source basis to DRS Laurel Technologies and Lockheed Martin Corporation. These contractors are the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the requisite time frame.
