- HSHQDN-17-Q-0007 Amendment 4 RFQ Amendment 00004 (dated 10/11/2017) The purpose of this amendment to RFQ # HSHQDN-17-Q-0007 is to: 1) Incorporate the revised RFQ Attachment 1- BPA SOW; which revises the Limitation on Future Contracting. 2) Incorporate the second set of questions and answers received in response to this RFQ. 3) Extend the solicitation response date to October 20, 2017 at 2:00pm Eastern Time.
