- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of the authority of FAR 13.106-1., to Censis Technologies Inc., 830 CRESENT CENTRE DR STE 610, FRANKLIN, TN, 37064. The proposed action will acquire for Provide CensiTrac Training for the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. This notice is to comply with the posting requirements identified in FAR Part 5. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Ryoko Foran at Ryoko.Foran@va.gov with title CensiTrac Training for VASDHS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities no later than 4:00 P.M. (PST) on October 13, 2017. The interested parties bear full responsibility to ensure complete transmission and timely receipt.
