- Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization -NCR intends to issue a solicitation for National Leadership Command Capability Directorate (NLCC) Program Engineering Security & Technical (PEST) Support. NLCC PEST Support is anticipated to be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract using a Small Business set-aside. DITCO estimates the request for proposal will be released in the October 2017 timeframe, with proposals being due in the December 2017 timeframe. Anticipated award is expected in the first quarter of calendar year 2018. The resultant ID/IQ contract will have a 5 year ordering period and is anticipated to include Firm Fixed Price and cost reimbursable contract line item numbers. Support Services will include acquisition, programmatic, security, financial, program protection, information assurance, information security services, engineering, and other related support for programs, projects, and office functions that are not inherently governmental in nature. The requirement will span a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, conceptualization, planning, analysis, evaluation, assessment, and reporting. The expertise is required to provide an assured and survivable Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) for Defense and National missions.
