The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond is issuing this Request for Information Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtain) the items listed in the attached spreadsheet. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS FOR INFOMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.
