- Minot AFB is currently undergoing market research for the leasing of a modular building. The building will be over 13,000 s/f, to include office space and a conference room capable of seating at least 60 people. Our office is requesting pricing data on a building of this magnitude. If you are able to furnish such a building, please provide a price comparison between leasing and buying the modular building. Be sure to indicate if you are interested in the upcoming solicitation and identify any socio-economic concerns you are associated with. In addition, if the government has leased or purchased a similar modular building, please provide the contract number.
