- RFQ Water Sampling Performance Work Statement Wage Determinations This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: FA486118QB001 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. This solicitation is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. NAICS: 541620 CLIN 0001 Base Year - Provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that water sampling services are performed at Creech and NTTR, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish water sampling tasks and be required to provide result that identified in Appendices B in order to meet the requirements of this PWS and the Service Summary (SS). Maximum Sampling frequencies and Travel are established in Appendix C of the Performance Work Statement. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) Public Law 93-523, 88 Stat. 1660 (1974), As Amended, Safe Drinking Water Act, Public Law 95-217 and all applicable laws, regulations, American Water Works Association (AWWA) guidelines, Nevada Administrative Code (NAC 445A), AFI 48-144, AFI 32-1066, Drinking Water Surveillance Technical Guide (WSTG), high AF standards, instructions, and commercial practices. CLIN1001 Option Year 1 CLIN2001 Option Year 2 CLIN3001 Option Year 3 CLIN4001 Option Year 4 Period of Performance: 24 October 2017 - 23 October 2018 with 4 option years.
