- Copier Lease subject to annual appropriations. Base year and 2 option years; maximum of 36 months. Copier setup, initial training, and complete maintenance (preventative and corrective) including consumables (parts, toner, and labor). Response time for on-site repair shall be within 24 hour s of repair request/notification (excluding weekends and holidays). 26 each Monochrome (B&W) Copier: Minimum of 40 pages per minute (ppm) fully automatic duplexing (1-2, 2-2, and 2-1) auto document feeder paper input to accommodate paper sizes 8 1 /2 x 11, 8 1/2 x 14, and 11 x 17 inches cabinet base included with copier hard drive data erase random data overwrite security software 1 each Color Copier: Minimum of 35 pages per minute (ppm) fully automatic duplexing (1-2, 2-2, and 2-1) auto document feeder paper input to accommodate paper sizes 8 1/2 x 11, 8 1/2 x 14, and 11 x 17 inches paper input to accommodate various weights of paper including card stock cabinet base included with copier hard drive data erase random data overwrite security software Include preventative and emergent maintenance and consumable supplies (not including paper). Approx 35,000 B&W copies per 12 month period; this includes black and white copies produced on the color copier below Approx 1,052 color copies per 12 month period color copies to be billed on copy count per color image All copier hard drives will be removed by the company and retained by MSIC at the end of the lease.
