- Scope of Contract Furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, permits, insurance, and superintendence necessary to provide a new shingled roof system for the Cassville Office No. 2, Cassville Small Garage, Cassville Warehouse and Cassville Oil House at the Cassville Administrative site of the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District on the Mark Twain National Forest. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation and any resultant contract. Work shall be completed within 45 days of contract award. Project Location Project Identification: Cassville Administrative Site Roof Replacement. Project Location: 601 Highway 248 East, Cassville, Missouri 65625. Barry County, MO. Price Range: The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000 Solicitation materials including instructions for submitting a quote will be uploaded to this site by 10/3/2017. There is a site visit scheduled for 10/11/2017 at 10 AM CT. Vendors must be registered in www.sam.gov in order to submit an offer. Obtaining a DUNS number and registering in SAM are free of charge, however the process can take time to complete. Ensure that your registration is active prior to submitting an offer.
