Written response is required Anticipated Award Date: 30NOV2017 Duration of Contract Period: Until Completion Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: GOODRICH CORPORATION, ROME, NY.,13441-4714. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. IAW IG5305.207(c)(91)(3) Note H: Caution: The drawings which will be furnished under this RFP and any resultant contract are proprietary to the Boeing Company. Proprietary Firms interested in proposing on this RFP must have on file a Data current OC-SAF/66, "Rights Guard Certificate", signed by an individual authorized to bind your company, or the bid package will not be furnished. This certificate may be obtained from OCALC/PKXDA, Tinker AFB OK 73145-5320. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Data is claimed to be proprietary to Boeing and is protected under the "Government Purpose License Rights" (GPLR) The right of the government, to use that data to purchase this part from additional sources has been established under the "Government Purpose License Rights", settlement agreement in CL. CT.#309-89C., to provide the DOD procuring agencies the use of the data claimed to be proprietary by Boeing for competitive reprocurement of replenishment spares. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part.
