- This a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice from Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation with this synopsis. Solicitation Number N3239817RCA0027i s issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being issued on an urestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitationwhich shall be considered.The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type all offers must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
