- Amendment 00004, To incorporate changes to the Proposal Submission requirement and extend the proposal Due Date. AMENDMENT 00004 CHANGES A. This amendment is issued to incorporate changes to the Proposal Submission requirement. The proposal Due Date is extended to local time 16 OCT 2017. B. Sealed offers in original and See Section L copies for furnishing the supplies or services in the Schedule will be received at the place specified in Item 8, or if handcarried, in the depository located in See Block # 7 until 3:00PM local time 16 OCT 2017. E. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.
