- Description
- 1C; Cable Assembly, Spec; No Required Surge, Subcontracting Plan is required for large businesses if over TINA Threshold. This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of two base years and one two-year option period. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be a total small business set aside. Export Control applies. The NSN is 6150-01-461-8166150-01-582-48157. This item has a Government Production Lot Testing (PLT) requirement. The total delivery with the PLT 275 days ARO. Sources of supply are: DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. (27456), Sontronics (16575), PRN Associates (3BXG8), and Airtronics, Inc. (58078) P/N 13638535. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 98 each. Delivery of 215 days with FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin is requested on all delivery orders. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
