- Date change: 21 September, 2017 This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-17-Q-5011 - Portable Axle Load Scales is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333997 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: 2 ea. Fairbanks Portable Axle Load Scale: (1) 10 x 10 Module; (1) 7 x 10 Module or equal tiny_mce_marker____ CLIN 0002: 2 ea. Fairbanks Steel Access Ramps or equal tiny_mce_marker_____ CLIN 0003: 1 ea. Fairbanks 2255 Digital Indicator or equal tiny_mce_marker_____ CLIN 0004: Shipping tiny_mce_marker_____ 2701 Eastern Boulevard, Middle River, Maryland 21220. Please price out each CLIN. These are brand name or equal requirements. Please provide a quote for the products and delivery to the 175th MD Air National Guard Base, located at 2701 Eastern Boulevard, Middle River, Maryland 21220. All incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-95 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20120119 Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow(WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 1PM, EST, 21 September 2017. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
