- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J2-17-R-2525 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Effective 19 January 2017. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 336112 with a small business size standard of 1500 employees. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and quotes will be evaluated on lowest price that meets salient characteristics. Please provide or equal documentation for any comparison.
